Microsoft has released cumulative update KB5124111 (Build 28020.2991) for Windows 11 version 26H1 for Insiders in the Beta Channel. The update is small: Microsoft describes it as a set of general improvements and fixes for those already running this build. No known issues have been reported this time.
- Settings. The Bluetooth quick settings page can now be navigated using a gamepad.
- Share window. The Share window (Windows Share) now allows you to pin favorite apps.
Installing via Windows Update: Go to Settings > Windows Update and click Check for updates. A restart of your computer will be required to complete the installation.
Notes for Insiders in the Beta Channel:
Desktop watermark — the presence of a watermark in the lower right corner of the desktop is normal for Windows Insider preview builds.
Features and capabilities included in these builds may never make it to the final release — Microsoft is trying out different concepts and gathering feedback. Features may change, be removed, or be replaced and may not make it beyond the Windows Insider program. Some of them may appear in future versions of Windows once they are fully ready.
